PDO Threads Tensioning or Lifting Threads in Tampa, FL

This procedure involves polydioxanone monofilament sutures, a colorless, crystalline, biodegradable synthetic polymer reabsorbed by hydrolysis. It’s a procedure that converts the tissue and cells of the human body into an aqueous solution of micromolecules, leaving the bone structure free of mineral compounds, such as calcium and phosphate.

PDO threads are inserted into the skin without incision or anchoring and can be reabsorbed within 10-12 months, while its effect can last for 12-18 months. However, it depends on age, skin type, and degree of firmness.
