I dealt with Fig and his staff for close to a year now and to start every one from reception to Esther and Destiny are so responsive all times of day. It’s no exaggeration that you would think I’m the only patient they have with how much attention I get. Between consults and procedures I have met with Dr. Fig at least 7 times and he is so sweet and REAL! He will tell you what to get and what not to get even turning down ideas you may have that he can make money on if he feels it won’t look best on you. Fig really cares about your results. I have lipo over multiple areas and BBL and I still can’t believe how good my results are. He even handled fibrosis from a past procedure. I’m terrified of anesthesia and Esther, Fig and his anesthesiologist (forgot his name) did so much to make sure I felt at peace before surgery. I was very high maintenance after surgery consistently texting the after hours lines questions etc and Fig and Esther both spoke to me and were never irritated or upset etc. I love my results and Dr. Fig and the entire staff. Literally a 100/10 experience and results.
